CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

 

ALL membership changes are assigned a $3 change fee and primary membership cancellations require a minimum advance notice of 30 business days prior to your next draft date.  In most cases, one final payment at your regular membership rate will be incurred following submission of form.  Memberships on "freeze" must reactivate prior to cancelling.    Failure to use the facility does not in any way release you of your obligation to pay.  PLEASE READ any confirmation email closely as it does contain detailed information about your changes.  To proceed click the grey button below and/or refer to your membership agreement for more details.
