FREEZE/UNFREEZE MEMBERSHIP

 

ALL membership changes are assigned a $3 change fee and require a minimum advance notice of 5 business days prior to your next draft date to take affect on said draft.  In order to "unfreeze" we will need to run a prorated membership amount to your CC on file and this can be done at any point during the bill cycle.  The freeze option is available to members that are looking for a temporary "hold" option.  Membership cannot be cancelled from freeze without first reactivating to your regular rate.  Freeze is placed on the entire membership and cannot be used on individual members linked together.  PLEASE READ any confirmation email closely as it does contain detailed information about your changes.  To proceed click the grey button below and/or refer to your membership agreement for more details.
